After achieving approval for the Concept Patent to convertibility in North America, CTM WW has incorporated a subsidiary company referred to as CTM US. Ken Wible, President of CTM US has successfully obtained offices and dealer licenses  in Pennsylvania and Georgia which will allow CTM US to sell both the Hi-Mount and Stinger Trailers nationwide. CTM WW has currently partnered up with a manufacturer in the US who has enough capacity available to distribute the required demand for Convertible Trailers.

CTM WW has achieved Patent Pending Status for its Concept Patent towards Convertibility of its Intellectual Property. Currently, CTM WW has Successfully negotiated and signed a "Framework Agreement" and a 5 year world wide "Non-Disclosure Agreement" with the largest privately owned Auto Logistics company in China. This company has chosen to work exclusively with CTM WW for a High Equity Joint Venture.
